• 40 Pieces Flatiron Meat or Sirloin
• 4 Cups Teriyaki Sauce
• 1 TBSP Sambai

• Teriyaki Sauce
• 3 Cups Kikkoman Soy Sauce
• 2 Cups Sugar
• 4 Cloves Garlic (Smashed)
• 2 oz. Ginger (Smashed)
• 2 TBSP Sesame Oil
• 2 Stalks Green Onion (Minced)

Marinate beef for 4-6 hours or longer drain and grill to your liking.
Make a half portion of the teriyaki sauce to thicken up with cornstarch to drizzle over steaks when done cooking.

Teriyaki sauce
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and let sit for 1-2 hrs.
Whisk occationally to dissolve sugar.
